1. Who We Are
Menusha is operated by Lifeforce Libations LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as Menusha ("Menusha," "we," "us," or "our"). Our contact email is admin@menusha.ai.
2. Description of Service
Menusha is a mobile application that analyzes restaurant menus and provides personalized food recommendations based on the health profile you create. Recommendations are generated using artificial intelligence informed by functional nutrition principles and guidance from Certified Holistic Nutritionists.
Menusha is a decision-support tool. It is not a medical device, a healthcare provider, or a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice. See Section 9 (Health Disclaimer) for important limitations.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Menusha. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
4. Your Account
You may sign in to Menusha using Sign in with Apple or email and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@menusha.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile > Settings > Delete Account). Deletion is permanent and removes all data associated with your account.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Menusha offers the following access tiers:
- Free: One complimentary scan so you can try Menusha before purchasing.
- Single Scan: Purchase individual scans at $2.99 per scan.
- Menusha Pro (Monthly): Unlimited scans for $6.99 per month (price subject to change — see below).
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Menusha does not store or process your payment information directly.
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time — go to your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Menusha and tap "Cancel Subscription." Turning off auto-renewal will stop future charges while keeping access active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price increase. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
6. Your Health Profile and Data
To use Menusha, you voluntarily provide information about your health goals, conditions, dietary restrictions, allergies, and taste preferences. This information is used solely to generate your personalized menu recommendations. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Menusha only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use Menusha in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, or similar) to access or extract data from Menusha
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Menusha's systems or servers
- Share, resell, or sublicense your account or subscription to others
- Use Menusha to transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
8. Intellectual Property
All content within Menusha, including the app design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Lifeforce Libations LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Menusha for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
9. Health Disclaimer
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or registered dietitian before making dietary changes based on a health condition, allergy, or chronic illness. For serious allergies or conditions requiring strict dietary management, always verify ingredient information directly with restaurant staff — Menusha's analysis is based on publicly available menu information and ingredient assumptions, which may not reflect actual preparation.
Your use of Menusha does not create a patient-provider relationship of any kind.
10. Third-Party Services
Menusha uses third-party services including Apple (authentication, payments, and app distribution) and Google Firebase (account management and data storage). Your use of Menusha is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Menusha is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular recommendation will be accurate or suitable for your individual circumstances. We make no warranty that Menusha will meet your specific requirements.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lifeforce Libations LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Menusha, including but not limited to health outcomes resulting from following recommendations provided by the app.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Menusha shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lifeforce Libations LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Menusha, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Menusha at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are using Menusha in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.
You may stop using Menusha at any time. If you have an active subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Menusha shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of Menusha after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
